I'm going to go with Repair Staff, because it can repair 5 things in a game loaded with great personal weapons, among other things. Worst: FE9 Amiti. Tied to Elincia, ftl. That nifty little tome was a godsend on several occasions. Worst: Rolf's Bow (FE9). It's more or less a glorified steel bow. Nothing special at all. FE5 is still part of FE4's world, where Holsety is a legendary. Not to mention that it's on a whole new level compared to all other weapons in that game.
