I mean I knew from my dad that I had it all along (I inherited it from him ;u;) and I need no doctor's diagnosis to figure that out but still, down to every bullet point... Except... I also learned stuff =o "Slow to process information" I just thought I was slow... I didn't think that really had anything to do with my ADHD... I'm slow and have an excuse!!!! =OOOO And "Fear of expressing feelings" I thought that was just from a mix of my social anxiety and from past experiences, since I'm so quiet and don't talk I always get the most embarrassing reactions from people when I actually show emotion... So I tend to hide my emotions... I guess ADHD has something to do with it too then. I was actually diagnosed with ADD (no H in it). Fear of Expressing Feelings is definitely a thing with me. Theres a lot of stuff i feel that i never ever actually reveal. Even to my closest humans.
