I can see that. If you weren't spoiled on it beforehand, did you think the ending of Chapter 8 would have left more of an impact on you? If you weren't spoiled on it beforehand, did you think the ending of Chapter 8 would have left more of an impact on you? Was about my reaction anyways! I only knew that his name wasn't what he said and that he was nobility without any context, not that he was a bastard child(iirc?) and all the other things. I was already guessing at it before I was spoiled. And I'm very much a journey > the destination kind of guy, so I still loved it. I still had the characters reactions to look forward to too.
