Hey TE or Rey I have a question.

1. How do you guys translate. 「おのれ!おのれ!おのれ!!」 「これがどうだ!」 And「それがどうした!!」

2.受ける、受けなさい、受けてみよ。 When translated into English is there any difference?

3.When a sentence ends with を what does it usually mean?

Thanks。

Also, this theme is very moving.

「おのれ!おのれ!おのれ!!」 -> "Damn you!" (x3) could work

「これがどうだ!」 -> "How about this!"

「それがどうした!!」 -> "What of it?"

2.受ける、受けなさい、受けてみよ。 When translated into English is there any difference?

Ukeru is the basic verb form - "to receive"

Ukenasai is a regular imperative - "take this"

Uketemiyo is a manlier form of ukenasai

3.When a sentence ends with を what does it usually mean?

It means there's an implied verb after it.

Thanks。

You're welcome.

Also, this theme is very moving.

I can agree with this.

Haha. I aready see a ton of fake spotpass characters.

Lazy artwork = easy mode.

1. "Onore" from TVTropes "Japanese Pronouns"

Onore

己 An extremely insulting word for "you". Often the last word shouted by a Super Robot Genre villain before their critically damaged Humongous Mecha explodes. Lacking a proper English equivalent, it's mostly translated as a variant of "Why you!..." because of its common use in the heat of battle. Another translation is "Damn You!". Note, however, that when not being used in an deliberately second-person manner such as above, the word changes from a highly insulting pronoun to an ordinary (if mildly obsolete) term which means roughly the same thing as jibun. However, you cannot use it as an "I" word like jibun, only as general term for "self".

"How's this!?" and TE already gave the next one I wasn't sure of.

2. "Accept"... depends on context. Second and third: "Take this!" (Command) and "Try and take this! (Manly)". Basically just a "stylized" speech difference. Stereotypically speaking, I'd expect 受けなさい from a woman.

3. You know sentence order? You can flip it any way you want basically...

Kind of like the "Ni" from that operator whatever girl when you call that satellite beam cannon or whatever in the Super Robot games... "Chikara o ageru, anata ni" or something like that.

OR it can be an implied action if they have a ・・・

Edit: It seems like I am blind to TE giving you what you needed.

That's why I put worms in your hair. So you can have more fishing bait. ^__^

Heeheehee and my head can be the bobble that floats up above the hook except there won't be a hook, just wormies and my hands can grab the fishies! But if my head floats that also implies I have no brain x3

I can live with that. =3

I only just realized.....

This could possibly be... the last 2-3 weeks that I'll spend here at Purdue.

Awwww such a beautiful campus... But there's no way I'd be able to afford coming back here next year with such horrible grades XD Since grants/loans usually want a certain GPA... And most of the teachers here just stink anyway

Hopefully I can afford to go to the one near my home! I'll be happy to go to college but stay home! =3

Although... I will admit I'll miss this place... =I Even though there are a lot of things about here that I also don't like XD But I'm sure I'll develop some sort of nostalgia for here~ I mean while part of the plan is to eventually return here, I'm not sure if I really will XD
