Scald needed for those who have taunt. Protect needed for scouting/letting Toxictake it's course. Perish Song needed for forced switches and Toxic needed for stalling. Yes, this is the style of fighting I like utmost. Stallbreakers are wonderful. With it's 90 base Def and 100 base Sp.Def makes this Pokemon a great stallbreaker. Drizzle is why it's made it to OU.
