I personally am not used to Olivia's Japanese voice (plus I generally like to understand what the characters are saying). Same here. If you're patient with her and can take the time to explain why the things she does may offend people, she will listen. The one thing that made me lose hope: In one thread, she basically expressed that being thought of as a racist was more horrible than actually being racist. I sent her a PM about why people were so upset at her over the Frederick/Lissa thing and "well, I suppose the Japanese would like that" statement and I explained in detail why it bothered people.
