You can still abuse portals (in softcore ofc), but you lose 7.5% experience every time you die. You can't de-level from this, though. The penalty becomes 15% in Merciless.Right now, that's all the story content there is; they're planning to complete act 3 in October, and add act 4 sometime next year.
