But it's rarely the case in my experience. Basically I just sent a group PM to both people. First person made one or several suggestions, and second one confirmed or made other suggestions, then repeat until they reached an agreement. Of course, if only one person replies, you use their suggestion after waiting a certain amout of time. At least explain the rules to the other person. If they give you a name, it's all good. If not, you can do as you like : Choose it yourself, or ask suggestions from members and then pick one randomly. And now, I should really go to sleep.
