Usually, someone with Paragon can get a full level at level 1 or 2 in R&R3, then it gradually goes down a bit. Infinite Regalia's nice too for some treasure, but there's less enemies and Tigris is annoying. :D I actually use too much second seals, a kill doesn't matter any more. Even with Paragon, EXPs I get is only tiny bits.
