I know usually that -5% to hit doesn't make much difference on *YOUR* units, but that 5% makes a HUGE difference when he's using an axe and has low skill with a weapon triangle disadvantage in the first place. And then that gets thrown out the window with 100% hit. And the +10 crit bonus. Add Vantage+ to say "I will always have a chance to insta kill you for *EVERY* move you make". Still a less scary skill combo than Luna+ and Pass. Even in that situation, even with base level characters, and any possible flaw, you can easily beat him: Pair Chrom with Avatar. Put Avatar on the space 2 below him. Frederick and Lissa on either side. You now get hit+10, avoid+10, dodge+10, and thanks to pair up bonuses a minimum of 8 SPD, 7 LUK or 9 SPD, 5 LUK. So you can't be crit and you can't be doubled. 22mt can't OHKO and Lissa can heal if you get hit. Your hit rate will be at least 79% with Thunder (if I calculated that correctly) and likely a few points more. If you get hit into OHKO after healing range, walk away. Now if he has Luna+, then you need to proc at least a HP or DEF (or have an asset that boosts one) to be able to do the above, and if your flaw is DEF or HP, well you're in trouble.
