Pride
"No soy fluido en Espanol y yo se esto" which is "I'm not fluent in Spanish and I know this" I see, I see man I should just hurry up and take that vacation to mexico already, not suck at this language
Acacia Sgt
"Spanish is infinitely easier than Japanese, girlfriend." Next line should say "No soy fluido en Espanol y yo se esto" which is "I'm not fluent in Spanish and I know this" Not quite. Girlfriend is novia, not amiga. Amiga is just girl friend. lol, not fluido. Fluido is fluid, from substance, not fluent. Edited October 5, 2013 by Acacia Sgt
Dr. Tarrasque
Not quite. Girlfriend is novia, not amiga. Amiga is just girl friend. lol, not fluido. Fluido is fluid, from substance, not fluent. In the context of "female friend", I've seen "girl friend" written as "girlfriend". In fact, looking up the term seems to suggest this. I thought the same but looked it up and made sure. Edited October 5, 2013 by Sirius
mistralsoul
Well, to be perfectly exact, "amiga" is the feminin form of "friend", which is "amigo". Girlfriend isn't wrong, per say, but it's more accurate to just say friend, or girl friend. Also, hello, I am new to this forum. Do not annihilate me. PKLucas531
That's actually a tilde, not accent. I debated typing tilde or accent and went with accent because it was more general and less people would notice my mistake if it was wrong.
