Ultimate is that universe where hammertime is not based on worthiness right I mainly stick to 616 but I've some knowledge of Ultimate. Aye, Ultimate Thor's hammer is an Earth-made contraption that works in tandem with a special harness. It can still be lifted without the harness, but it requires an absurd amount of physical strength or some sort of special power (such as Magneto's power). I've heard that Ultimate Thor later acquires the real Mjolnir, which inexplicably looks exactly like the Earth-made Mjolnir. The animated movie was talking about seems to have taken liberties with the source material, however.
