I hatched and evolved an Espeon at like level 9 or around there on X, which is on my Japanese 3DS (but for obvious reasons, I chose English for language) but when I traded to Y (on the NA 3DS), Espeon doesn't say it's from Japan or anything. ;~; Neither does it say that for the Joltik and Sylveon from X.
