The main reason why MegaKhan is broken is that all it needs to wreck shit is Power-up Punch, Return, and Sucker Punch. It generally eats the metagame for breakfast after one Power-up Punch, and is hard to outspeed (100 base; got anything faster? Have a Sucker Punch that hits twice). Bulk and an earth shattering 187.5 attack (factoring in its ability; its base is 125) don't help, at that...
