That way it's half way in between? Of course, he'd probably have to visit his family for x-mas or new years or somewhere during the holidays. Fair is fair and that is really the only reason I think of why they'd want him to wait until December. December is like family month! or perhaps it's an excuse to keep him for a bit longer... If he is going after the holidays, he should probably wait for the prices to go back down. Emotions are odd that way. When you feel that strongly for someone and its mutual, even a small time frame of being almost a world away from that person is agony for both involved. It may seem kind of inconsequential to the outsider looking in, but its a huge pool of sharks for those two people.
