Vincent doesn't really run the forum... There's no reason for him to have read the ToS' contents. Now, it's not stated in the rules that you can't ask for help to find an ISO (or any illegal file), but I wouldn't really recommend doing it. ...? Most apparently thought that just linking directly to the ROM/ISO but apparently, requesting and giving such instructions is also against Invision's TOS. We *could* have allowed ROMs to be posted and requested, but we figured it would badly affect the site's image. Also, we're using Invision Power Boards, not InvisionFree.
