He resists/negates ground,rock,fire,and electric type moves,with solid defensive stats. He's in the same Spd group as Salamence and friends,and strong STABs,which pack quite a punch,especially with a choice band,since his Att isn;t bad,it matches Starmie and such things. People just expect the poor thing to have the raw offensive power of Mence and Garchomp,so Flygon is underrated...
