(Seeing that this IS general FE.) As for my votes... Best: That generic soldier from FE10's prologue movie. (He sounded like one anyways. And if he doesn't count, then change my vote to Narshen from FE6. That guy was a bad Dragon General, but guys like him are priceless.) Worst: Oliver Gheb. One of the things he is that he's a fat ugly chazzer. Speaking of which, I nominate best/worst chazzer.
