I find 8 move to be very helpful, and Lucius covers all the light magic I'll ever need in that game plus my weakness for long-haired men. Actually, if you know my playstyle, you'll know that the only physical foot units I like are myrms and mercs, and most my units are Pallies and fliers. 8 MOV is actually that important. Having two bishops is also pretty redundant, and fielding Serra takes up a deployment slot, which could be given to someone who doesn't annoy me and is actually an attractive male. Like Karel.
