Its not that hard, but you need to understand asm to do that. (Or if you are good at hex, you can use a JP game and use the character modifier code, then romhack the U version's reclass and hex edit your save. My team consisted of Gigashu/Grigas, Kamyu/Camus, Mishiriu/Michalas, Gannef/Gharnef, and Medeuth/Medeus. I did a bit of direct ram hexing to get NPCs and a bit of romhacking to make Shadow Dragon, Emporer, and Barbarian usable classes. anyways, back on topic now.
