If you're just going to make the enemies stronger to compensate, then you should just save yourself the time and not make player characters broken to begin with. As much as it's cool to have everyone capping stats left and right, I really dislike it because it makes the game into a battle of caps rather than actual growths and makes crits less common and makes it impossible to be RNG-blessed.
