In addition to that, everything else is either personal weapons (Rolf's Bow aside), SS weapons, or rare weapons. Besides, if we're fielding two snipers, then thanks to the crit bonus of arbalest, the sniper which doesn't get the combo has a decent chance of ORKO'ing an enemy come enemy phase. Easily fixed thanks to heaven supports such as Elincia, Tibarn and Stefan who all join at around Pelleas' join time. Heck, It's not like Pelleas has low base hit anyway. A 20/10 Pelleas with any +hit support has 177 hit, which isn't too bad. Plus, it's at least sold for a decent bit of money in case you wasted any. It was a minor point, we have tonnes of money by that point, Balberith just acts as a back-up plan in case you want 1 too many forges or something.
