In my opinion, it is the best of the Killer weapons... IMO, Killer weapons in general are rather underwhelming in RD because the enemies actually have a Luck stat to speak of. For how expensive they are, they're not as effective as you'd expect. Besides, it just feels out of place considering most of everything else is either personal weapons, SS weapons or rare weapons.
