If we are on the ground and use his dancing blade to the full extent, dancing Blade. If we only use one part of dancing Blade on the ground, Dolphin slash provides a bit of Horizontal I believe. It's the shield breaker but I forgot that Marth was to have been on the ground and in only one attack, not a combo.
