Harudoku, I think, is a foreign spy sent to infiltrate the community, while Hikarusa is a bouncer at an elite disco bar. There are several other characters in the community, such as Seph or Moribalken, who fit the profile of a bouncer or security guard, as well as a few who aspire to one day be one, like Blackknight666.
