But a trained Alan and Lance should be better than him in pretty much everything but maybe hp and res, but I may be wrong. Barely any character you get by that point is able to get 24 AS. Percival shows up with awesome bases (51 HP, 20 STR and SPD are hax. 16 SKL and 15 LCK/DEF are pretty good, and 13 RES is more than what most of your non-mage characters will ever get). Lance and Alan probably have around the same stats Percival has at this moment, and they have much more availability. That's why they are on top of him in the Tier List. And if you still aren't convinced that he is awesome, see this. He's on par with Miledy, who's one of the best characters of the game. If he sucks for YOU, it doesn't mean he is terrible unit.
