While overall in the game, he sucks(what armour knight doesn't other than Oswin and Douglas) but he's a life saver for the irst 9-10 chapters. After a few levels ups, he usually has enough speed not to be doubled by the high atk enemies and not to be damaged(or damaged 1-2) by enemiees tthat double him. Not to mention he makes levling up characters like Roy or Chad so much Easier(due to him softening up enemies.)He should be moved below douglas but above Gilliam with Wallace above Barth. Momo Posted June 10, 2010 Share Posted June 10, 2010 If he promotes at the end of chapter 16, then his and Douglass' usefulness are almost the exact same amount. Douglass costs you nothing and Barth has the cost of a knight crest (and the 100 exp, but it'd be ridiculous to say he couldn't get it in like 8 chapters), so even when Barth can promote he's still worse. Junkhead Posted June 10, 2010 Author Share Posted June 10, 2010 Bors is indeed of some use earlygame, he can go for that village at Ch 1, then rescue Lugh at Ch 3. Barth is of no use except for tanking, which is indeed costful for only a few chapters, and after that, he looses his usefulness, someone else like Milady or Douglas with Delphi Shield could ferry Roy in his place. Well, there are only 3 enemies and you have until Chad gets the items and Roy seizes. That's what, turn 10 or 11? GJ did it, but I'm not sure what level Bors was and don't feel like looking.
