You do realize how sorely overrated both Char AND Amuro are, right? And when it came down to it, in similar machines, Amuro pummeled the living daylights out of Char's Sazabi. Char isn't the Uberpilot he's made out to be. Do note though that this is Mid tier for major characters. Against the hoards of mooks, he'd likely score high tier. Shuu relies too much on the utter brokenness of the Granzon/Neo Granzon, Sanger would do horribly against anyone with range (Like, Iunno, EXCELLEN), and Elzam is a fruit. Immunity to all ranged attacks and capable of 2HKOing with Black Hole Cluster or BHC+Graviton Cannon combo... the Granzon is truly a monster.
