My problem is that I don't know enough about half the games to make a General Scrappy tier (I have an idea of who to put in for FE7, 10, and SD. . .especially SD). Perhaps a collaborative work? SF doesn't go off-topic quite as badly as some other forums (or we don't let them) but many threads stray at least a little. This isn't actually that bad. I have a video on youtube of how beastly she is and I still have the file of her at level 20/20/20. She's maxed out all stats but Luck.
