Anime: DBZ!!!! (Once it went into GT it got madd crappy.*

Manga: Inuyasha. *ended recently. :( *

i actually thought that Dragon ball was better than DBZ. DBZ's storyline was blegh, since we always knew that goku was the strongest person in the universe. in dragon ball, there was other people who could whoop him bad, and there was none of the super saiyan riffraff to explain any cheap victories, IMO.

Inuyasha, i haven't read it. i only saw a few episodes of the anime.

The first anime I watched was Dragon Ball as well.

Hmm...more Providence.....

hm..... coincidence? i think NOT! lol!

Well, yeah. DBZ was just constant violence. For a 7 year old kid, that's the shit. I agree that dragonball was better.

Krillian was my favorite character.

I reccomend the inuyasha manga. It's better than the anime. Plus the anime had a crappy ending that had nothing to do with the actual ending to the manga.

I remember I used to use that phrase before the whole "providence" thing.....

lol! could this be......Providence?

hahahaha!

i'll put it in my "Must Read" list.

Perhaps.

I also agree that DB had a better plot than DBZ. DBZ was just constant action. Not much plot development, except at the end where Vegeta finally settled his Goku issues.

Actually, the first manga I read was Shonen Jump, but that has a whole assortment of different mangas, so I'm not sure what I read first.

But I'm gonna stick with Naruto because it's the only one that I kept reading.

Speed Racer.

Is that an anime or made outside Japan?

My first was probably Pokemon also. But I know I watched some Gundam and a hella lot of DBZ.

First Anime: Ugh. I don't remember. I think it was a mixture of Pokemon, Digimon, Dragon Ball and Sailor Moon, really. XD

First Manga: Inuyasha. I only picked up random volumes though, because I was watching the anime at the same time. The first manga I read without ever watching the anime was Ranma 1/2.

Some common ground.

+20 cool points for Songbird. (The points don't really matter.)

XD Always nice to have something in common.

But the thing with Inuyasha is that I read up to about volume 25 and then stopped reading it until very recently. Then I just read like, the last 20 chapters.

I knew enough of the characters and plot to know what was happening, though. XD

....Yeah, I'm going to have to go back a read the whole thing later on.

Lol. very true. You probably could've skipped most of the manga. Still, without having to wait for each chapter to come out, the story seems to move much faster.
