Erk actually survived somehow. Hector went for the throne, while the rest of his retinue did their best to clear a path for him (including Lowen, who evaded a very scary Horseslayer). Matthew and Guy wound up peeling off to the south to get a second Lockpick and some bandits. I took an extra turn, because Rebecca was in danger of going bye-bye. Eventually killed the boss using something monumentally stupid, and seized. Somehow got the Red Gem. Hooray for shopping! Matthew is giving me the finger. I managed to get Matthew to the northern treasure room in time to get the Hero Crest. Eliwood pulled a lucky critical to get the Silver Sword off the thief. Hector ran over the boss. I went through quite a few vulneraries to finish this stupid chapter! Guy went Awesome Mode during this map. I hope he continues. Managed to position Lowen so he'd get the Short Bow. Guy dodged the Killer Bow and had enough time to murder the Hammer dude. Lyn killed leftovers. Dorcas seems to have an obscene amount of HP, but it looks like he's only 2 points blessed. C16: 12 turns clear = 62 total Marcus is out. Goodnight, sweet prince. You did your job. On the drafted front, Wil shops like a boss then barricades himself in the village after Kent and Sain!Lyn sneak by. Hector and Dorcas plod northwards through everything and Serra support. Finished in the nick of time - some cavaliers would probably have aggroed Sain or Florina next turn. C17: 12 turns clear = 74 total Matthew acquires my Hero Crest and the Unlock that happens to be next to it. Dorcas beans the Thief after he grabs the Knight Crest because that's money. Radiant Dragon Posted January 11, 2011 Share Posted January 11, 2011 (edited) I've "won" every draft I've been in, but I'm not sure I really deserved the FE8 one (I played really sloppily) and I DEFINITELY did not deserve the FE6 one, Saul alone won that for me... The only one I consider myself to have done well in is the other FE7 draft. ONE turn, damn you! Erm, I mean... You won because you had a more consistent performance throughout the draft. Yes, it was mostly because you drafted staff users and I didn't, but that's my fault for not drafting a staff user in a game where Sleep and Berserk staves are so common later on. Like I said before, I could have restarted until Roy's 20+ resistance could dodge all of the status staves in Chapter 24, but I felt as though that compromised the integrity of the tournament.
