The closest thing I can think of is my bizarre knowledge of which mushroom species are and aren't edible (Eg: true morels which look like honeycomb are edible, false morels which look like brains aren't, if the mushrooms glow in the dark, they're poisonous, the amanita is edible after thoroughly parboiling it, etc.). Now that I have a kid, I'd say that evening, when he's asleep, before I go to bed. Anytime I try to do anything when he's up, he wants me to play with him and tries to climb into my lap. For work, I generally prefer 9:00AM or later. I hate it when they schedule surgery for like 6:00AM, because that means I have to wake up at like 4:00AM to get ready.
