Florete
I'm double posting. Live with it. 3-6: 13/219 Base: Buy plenty of stuff, get some levels for Laura and get Jill close. Assigned skills: Micaiah - Adept Sothe - Resolve, Vantage Laura - Shade Jill - Paragon Transfer on Zihark: Short Spear Nihil Imbue Savior Wildheart Map: Jill's stat gains over her 9 levels were overall awesome. The only real problems were 2 HP, bad considering her 50% growth, and 4 Lck, which is a bit on the downside. But 5 Str, 7 Skl, and 4 Def? Yes. Sothe's levels, on the other hand, were atrocious. 1 Spd and 2 Lck. I guess considering Str and Skl are already capped it isn't too surprising, but still... Anyway, Sothe took north while Jill took east until the Black Knight came and Sothe joined Jill. What really pissed me off is that enemies would only attack BK if he was right in their path; if they could move past, they would. This forced me to break formation a few times and just slowed me down in general. Oh, and Lethe was the last kill, done by none other than Jill. Mordecai tied for highest AS on my team. What the fuck is Resolve? This is madness. Does Mordecai have 100% Speed growth? This map saw a lot of Mordecai fighting for Strike exp (he used 9 doses of Olivi Grass) and Ike getting close to a level so he could be ready for BEXP. Titania and Oscar got some stuff in, too. Florete
So who's dropped out? 3-10: 6/254 Base: Ike level caps and is lookin' sexy. Reyson x Oscar C. Assigned skills: Ike: Shade, Disarm Titania: Celerity Oscar: Cancel, Vantage Mordecai: Adept, Pass Reyson: Miracle, Daunt Map: Titania probably killed about half the enemies on the map. She went north, attracted the enemy Paladins on turn 2, then went to the boss area while the others handled the south side. This probably could have been done faster if enemies would actually attack Titania. And the problem wasn't even that there were too many stationary or ranged enemies; the Dragonriders would move without attacking. One just moved south right out of Ike's range despite the fact he could easily attack Titania. Do they have some kind of powerful unit sensor? Florete
What do you mean? ;~; Not that it comes as a surprise, but there is a noticeable lack of updates. In the past week, only 3 people have posted progress, out of 6 remaining drafters. Have Sho and Xander even started yet?
Junkhead
They must be busy, I suppose. Xander is in various drafts. So is Sho. So that might explain it. Although we aren't doing too bad considering two of us have gotten to part four, and one midway through Part 3. I am still stuck at 4-2 until I can find a better way to get out. Xander
I'll probably start this again this weekend since I've been busy and won't win regardless.

Florete
Yikes, people, no need to get defensive. Just speaking my mind based on how people often leave these to dry, especially with a game this long. But anyway, I've discovered part 4 can be rather painful. Not exactly because of weak units (some are, but they grow so fast it doesn't matter too much), but because there are so many damn enemies, and they spawn all over the place. Also, it felt like Skrimir had a drastic drop in experience gain upon hitting 30. Is this normal? Florete
Yeah... it stinks, man. And Mr. Sleep Staff makes my Rage Meter increase drastically. Curse Mr. Sleep Staff!! It's a damn good thing Ike takes shit from no one. It's nice having a unit that can ORKO at 1-2 range all day and never die as long as he avoids that thing. Seriously, I don't think he was ever in any danger of death. Unlike Titania, who was hit by a surprise crit on turn 23 and could have died on me. Junkhead
I didn't even know there was a Sleep-staffer there. By the way, that Danved is actually quite decent-looking. His durability is on par with your Tiamat.
Florete
I didn't even know there was a Sleep-staffer there. By the way, that Danved is actually quite decent-looking. His durability is on par with your Tiamat. How can you play 4-4 and not know of that Sleep staffer? Well, late game Titania isn't the most defensive around anyway. Low Def growth + cap (luckily for me, she gained two points in that map). Though Danved has had a chance to grow into his durability since he has decent growths there, his offense still worries me with that Str. I'd also like more Skl for higher Impale activation. Given my team and the remaining choices he was probably a good draft, but I was hoping for a bit more. And since I might miss the Wishblade... Titania - 219 kills Easily the MVP of the entire game and very worthy first pick. She practically soloed a few part 3 maps and without her I'm sure my turn count would be a good deal higher. 2. Ike - 187 kills A mount and this guy would just be unfair. I got a bit lucky with his stat gains and even though I only got to BEXP 1 level after promotion, he still capped all the important stuff and was above average elsewhere. 3. Jill - 177 kills Easily worthy second pick. She made DB part 3 not a nightmare. Flight and amazing caps make her an amazing Endgame unit and it was definitely worth all the resources I threw on her. 4. Sothe - 123 kills Free units, I know. As usual, he sucked by part 4, but was very good and essential until then. Part 1 would be a nightmare without him. 5. Oscar - 118 kills Well...okay. He's good for when I drafted him. His Str and Spd issues were problematic for pretty much the whole game since he never one-rounded reliably, but it was good to have him. 6. Mordecai - 95 kills Now this guy I loved. There's just something about an invincible monster who kills everything that dare defy him. Lack of 1-2 range and gauge are his only real issues, but for when Titania and Oscar couldn't be around (3-4 mostly) he saved me a lot of heartache. 7. Skrimir - 69 kills Haha. Capping Str early and getting a Speedwing makes this guy beast. One-rounding 4-E-1 cover generals is very awesome. Probably the MVP of Endgame with his ability to deal such massive damage. Very worthy draft, probably better than some I drafted before him. He never used Resolve, but that innate Provoke also really helped in Endgame by distracting Spirits and Ashera from more frail units. 8. Danved - 56 kills Well, like Oscar, he was good for when I drafted him. Not too reliable most of the time but he got the job done and was helpful as an extra body. Not fighting like 10 men, though. 9. Micaiah - 30 kills Alas, if only you could get such awesome Spd when I play normally in a way that allows you to be filled with experience. Still useful as a healbot, though, Fortify especially. That made 4-E-5 possible. 10. Volke - 16 kills This guy was actually a lot more helpful than I expected him to be. He helped clear 4-5 fast and had good combat (with surprisingly good stat gains) in 4-E, making him a very worthy pick. Ironically enough, his shining moment was 4-E-5, where he was the only unit who could double naturally and could use Parity instead of Nihil. He helped a lot in getting rid of those Auras. Nice work, Fireman. Laura - 0 kills Yeah, not as helpful as I imagined. I should have known. Still good to have around since healing in FE10 HM can be quite helpful, but there were better choices remaining. Oh well. At least she never hindered me too badly. Her best use was probably using Rescue to get Titania up in 4-4, which really was helpful. She never even made it to third tier. Reyson - 0 kills He made some part 3 low turn clears possible. I always want this guy on my team. Kurthnaga - 0 kills I don't think he actually did a single thing to help me. Not even a Shove. tl;dr version: 370 turns Edited March 6, 2011 by Red Fox of Fire
Xander
This is pretty much a waste of time since I won't be able to compete, but here goes: 1-P 8 turns + Edward I did this a long time ago but I think it's the standard strategy minus a turn because I didn't want to take some risk. 1-1 7 turns + Nolan I remember I did the same thing as before except again I took an extra turn because I couldn't risk Nolan dying to some axe guy. 1-2 6 + Nolan I did the same thing as last time, only realizing Edward didn't contribute anything, so I didn't use him to waste turns with penalties. This time, I got no Thany, but an energy drop. 1-3 6 turns Again, the same thing as last time except Edward rescued Micaiah and dropped her near the seize. 1-4 9 turns I gave my Dracoshield and Drop to Meg so she wouldn't suck as much, but I slowed down a bit to get her some exp. Otherwise, I used Sho's strat. As if my team wasn't craptastic enough, Sothe got his first level up, a +1 Skill. I was so proud. 1-5 6 turns Standard defensive stuff. Meg and Micaiah gained a couple of levels, which was nice.
Junkhead
This is pretty much a waste of time since I won't be able to compete, but here goes. Glad you're still in it for the fun. Anyway, congratulations, Fox.
Vicious Sal
3-7 FINALLY OVER. Yeah, you all had it easy, not having to battle the BK, I had to, and I had to resart 45 times in total, i counted. 24 of which were almost complete, 24 of which the BK critted Ike with 40 % 11 crit on EP of turn 12. Soren died a lot by the hands of zihark with resolve, adept and crits, ugh, Mist has 12 str @ lv 10. I want a Crown to Promote nephenee. ;_; I really hated this chapter, the BK just killed Ike (Who couldn't double anyone except mages and some halberdiers) to many freaking times. Team will be posted soon.

Xander
Fun eh? Fun and Meg don't go in the same sentence, it's a sense of obligation right now. It won't get fun until after part 1 Ch 1-6-1 8 turns + Volug So yeah...this felt like it took 100 tries, though I'm sure it was less than that. I would have finished in 6, but Sothe the green haired boy wonder missed a soldier preventing me from getting the chapter done before the peg reinforcements showed up. Volug went North and Sothe went West. Meg and Micaiah...didn't do anything really. Ch 1-6-2 2 turns That's what I'm talking about! No penalties on a part 1 turncount. Sothe activated Adept and killed the boss. After that he got a level up that didn't suck. Edited March 9, 2011 by Xander
Vicious Sal
3-8 Went quite smooth, mist hardly saw any action, should've gave her physic, almost needed it, would've been less risky without. Ike South, Soren middle, Neph East, Neph goes into damage tiles on purpose to activate wrath, she's in wrath when she joins up with soren, who just Vantage adept flares away, he was semi swarmed and killed without any loss of damage thanks to flare. Ike ettard critted some stuff, quite helpfull, since he can't freaking double anything. Ok, generals he can. Anway. Soren heads into boss area, and stays in the lava zone, elWINd, he killes everything, he can 3HKO druids exactly, adept ftw. Neph stayed away at first, javelins are way weaker than elwinds on generals. When he gets attacked by the second druid, he gets hit too much, 7 HP, in 10 damage area, luckily he pulled of flare, which really saved me. After that Neph barraged in, soren dealt with the reinforcements, Ike was mended by Mist and could then go towards the mages from the south. 8 Turns 3-9 BExp leveled kieran to 13, then a crown, shoved adept down his throat, now he can use killer axe, hammer and a hand axe, he can now rock and roll. Geoffrey stays in the corner, since reinforcements will arrive @ turn four, the turn Roark will die. First turn, Kieran kills Halb, moves further. Second turn, he kills a soldier, moves into the grass, third turn, he slices the general, more suicides in the meantime, then, he kills roark. He got the oreburgh gym badge? Now I gotta make it work. Since turn 4 = Worst bio, and he needs adept and a crit. =/ Or steel pole + sol. =/ Or 3 % crit. After a lot of restarts, Kieran finally Adept + Crit Killed the boss, he was in worst bio, so no Dust, so what actually. Also didn't get the speedwing. Turns 4 3-10 Bexp Nephenee, lv 20 now, capped Str, Skll, Spd, Def and Res. 40 Hp, 20 luck, and 7 magic. Bexp and I have one kickass Lancer. However, I only have enough Bexp to pump her to 99. -___- RNG screwage is evident however Lv 17 Ike has 24 speed, This is just plain SAAAAAD. Also, he has only 47 Hp, 9 Res and bad defense. This is THE chapter where mist will shine, i tried it, with paragon, she gained 7 levels, then soren died because I played way to risky. (As in, let him be swarmed by arhcers and hope he flares everyone.) But Mist, Mist just plain awsms, why? There is an entire army of weaklings that get swarmed by enemies, mist can ParaPhysic them, gives 60 Exp per turn iirc, And she will have an option every turn, they're that weak. Furthermore, she is completely safe because she is shielded by a border of thick trees, and that way she can't be battled, she is amazing in keeping them alive, and they can help me get some extra turns killing stuff of that way. Win win win situation. Nephenee Rapes the lower part, Ike has to hide in a corner, since soren is better of just doing it himself. Ike can't One round enemies, he doubles only generals, 16 damage max with wind edge, 8x2, the rest he can ettard for 24 damage, 1 x24. It's sad, plain sad. Soren however, has adept, speed, vantage and flare, he can heal himself, and kill before enemies can act. So he just plain rocks. So, this Ike is just plain awfull, if Mist has better utility, you're just terrible. And no, this chapter isn't finished yet. =/ First I need to find out how to keep soren alive. =/ Meteor has 4 uses still btw. Next chapter I'll be Hammerne abusing it probably, so Ike can rush the seize spot. =/ 16 Uses if I kill the hammerne staff.
