Tables
Everyone was happy enough to give in actions before seeing crisis draws so let's do them together. (Note: I forgot to specify, you have to draw a skill from within your skill set.) Ceadeus as Cain drew TAC, then drew TAC, LEA Kevin as Roslin drew TAC, then drew POL, LEA Excellen Browning as Baltar drew POL, then used Cylon Detector on Roslin Wen Yang as Anders drew TAC then Used Pyramid Player and discarded 2 skills and drew LEA, TAC JBCWK as Gaeta drew TAC then drew TAC, POL BK-201 as Zarek drew TAC then drew LEA, TAC Queen as Kat drew PIL then drew PIL, TAC Eclipse as Cally drew TAC then drew POL, LEA WeaponsOfMassConstruction as Leoben drew POL, then GtFoG drawing TAC Radiant Dragon as Ellen drew LEA then Poltically Adroited 1 skill to Kevin, drawing 2 LEA and a POL Hand updates and hand size updates are now being sent, then the Cylons can finally meet! Joy!
Radiant Dragon
Why inspect Kevin, Excellen? Wouldn't it have been smarter to investigate one of the Month one suspects?
Excellen Browning
I don't think hunting for cylons has much added value, though I do believe having a confirmed town [with cylon detection ability (probation)] is worth it.
Tables
Ceadeus as Helena Cain: 7 skills Kevin as Laura Roslin: 8 skills Excellen Browning as Gaius Baltar: 3 skills Wen Yang as Samuel T. Anders: 5 skills JBCWK as Felix Gaeta: 9 skills BK-201 as Tom Zarek: 8 skills Queen as Louanne "Kat" Katrine: 7 skills Eclipse as Callandra "Cally" Tyrol: 8 skills WeaponsOfMassConstruction as Leoben Conoy: 7 skills Radiant Dragon as Ellen Tigh: 5 skills Phew, generating those skills this month was not as easy as normal. And those skill counts are getting pretty high.
Zkirsche
But because of the sleeper cylon, you'd be better with a guilty. You could at least have tested Haze/Wen. Kevin as Roslin drew TAC, then drew POL, LEA I can't draw TAC.
Radiant Dragon
I don't think hunting for cylons has much added value, though I do believe having a confirmed town [with cylon detection ability (probation)] is worth it. This is a stupid idea because of the sleeper Cylons. Just saying.
Excellen Browning
In hindsight, probably. But it happened. You check Roslin's loyalty: Roslin is Not a Cylon
Radiant Dragon
I see. Anyone up for brigging someone?
Excellen Browning
Something I've learned: if we properly control how we play cards, cylons can't do anything. And since we don't have any real proper suspects yet, I'm not going to brig someone just yet.
Haze
No crisis yet?
WeaponsofMassConstruction
Let's talk: Eclipse has a 75% chance of being cylon.
Haze
Let's talk: Eclipse has a 75% chance of being cylon. ..You have my attention. Explain.
Radiant Dragon
And since we don't have any real proper suspects yet, I'm not going to brig someone just yet. I have a suspect. Let's talk: Eclipse has a 75% chance of being cylon. Why? Did I miss something?
Tables
Month 4 begin! Remember, at the end of this month, two people will awaken as the sleeper agents they are (and I still don't know who they are or what their cylon reveal powers will be). Crisis: Keep Tabs on Visitors Pass: No Effect Fail: -1 Population Difficulty: 18 Skill types: POL/TAC Woah, I must have been massive derping when I made that crisis. That's so easy to pass that it's basically a joke. <_< >_> (Does anyone see Bal anywhere? No? Good) Crisis: Keep Tabs on Visitors Pass: No Effect Fail: -1 Population Difficulty: 22 Skill types: POL/TAC Yes I'm using this one. Hey, I warned you it was unverified and unbalanced. Not that 22 is THAT much worse.
Radiant Dragon
Is 4 points that much of a difference?
Zkirsche
I will contribute 2 cards. Also, I'm interested as to why eclipse is probably maf.
Haze
I'll throw a couple of my lower TACs into that for now. If it doesn't look like we're getting enough, I'll up my portion.
Tables
Is 4 points that much of a difference? Not really, it's enough to make a difference, about 1-2 cards probably. More importantly though for such a minor effect crisis it shouldn't be that easy. I checked, it didn't fit with the other crises at all. Haze
Jesus I wasn't thinking when I made that last post, that was terrible from a secrecy rules standpoint.
Tables
I think it was okay. It's fine.
WeaponsofMassConstruction
Wait a second, there's 4 cylons out of 10 players?
Radiant Dragon
There will be. Right now it's only 2, though.
WeaponsofMassConstruction
That seems rather unbalanced.
Radiant Dragon
Perhaps, but we don't have to eliminate them to win like we usually do. More importantly, are you willing to defend your stance on eclipse?
Zkirsche
Well, this isn't a usual mafia, weapons, we don't get killed one by one. Here our objective is merely to delay their effects. Which is why it's important for us to save our cards now and make sure we have enough for later on, and with 8 cards and being clear, I thought I'd step up. The fewer the people, teh better chance we have of cylon detcting. And please don't brush over your statement pointing your finger at eclipse. Why exactly do you think she has a 75% chance of being a cylon.
