Fireman Posted July 3, 2008 Share Posted July 3, 2008 Fixed if you want no RNG screwage. Also, in fixed, for me, everyone usually caps the stats that they're supposed to cap. Also, I have Ike equip a soldier band and when I do, he always caps defense....just saying....
