You can't do that to me...that was my list for the particular slot. If I couldn't get Claude, then I'd do Holyn/Brigid and Lex/Fury. As far as I understood drafting lists, that was how it was supposed to be.

Well, EDIT: those weren't actually bad choices, pretty good actually. Even if I now have pairing options. =o I'll keep them, but don't do it again yeah?

Oh, and I want Tristan.

EDIT AGAIN: You can do it again after all. There aren't many people left.

So we all get to use Hannibal. (Yeah right.)

Anyway, I'm going to start by rating the characters I have.

Lachesis - Master Knight. Gonna suck until she gets there, but she has Charisma and can staff bot. Needs that Elite Ring.

Beowulf - Marrying Lachesis. Pursuit and Charge = Yes Please. Also has monopoly on Hero Sword. No issues here.

Tiltyu - Mwahahahahahahahahah. Levin~ Tiltyu herself isn't that great, but she can at least Wrath Bomb and won't be horrible when she promotes.

Levin - Fuck yeah, Holsety! On a horse. With a Leg Ring.

Cuan - Big Muscle till I get Levin and Beowulf up to snuff.

Roddlevan - Skills are decent and he had Pursuit. Not a total loss, and with the second Hero Sword should be decent.

Daisy - Thief. Can Prayer/Sleep/Child abuse.

Mana - I realized I had no one who could use A rank staves. :< And a healer's a healer. Can probably fall in love with Celice for cash.

Aeselleo - I don't get why people don't want him. He's got Pursuit and Charge, and yeah, he's no Faval, but still. Also since he's my only Bow user he gets Hero and Killer.

Sharlow - Berserk and Elite. And I'd rather have Berserk and everyone have Hannibal than the other way around.

Ayra - Well, this will be fun! Astra, a hero sword with no penalty in case she accidentally falls in love, and two kids right from chapter 6.

Aideen: Well. At least recruiting Jamka will be easier with her actually drafted, and she can healbot until promotion. Also two more kids in chapter 6. Whoo.

Dew: Ayras probable husband. He'll have a shaky start, but he can distract the chapter 1 bandits for freeee and give Aideen a ton of money for freeee. I might do AyraFin though, but it's a low chance.

Jamka: He'll tank and destroy everything with the Killer bow until chapter 4, where the hero bow shows up.

He'll need the pursuit ring at the end of chapter 5 for Lester.

Fin: Yay being in both generations. Surviving axeland is proving to be tedious for me though.

Arden: Trash can.

Midir: He can hit and run, but he probably won't kill too much.

Johan: Well, someone needs that Hero Axe.

Amid: He might get the pursuit ring when Lesters done with it. Otherwise he can provide decent chip.

Linda: 1337WRATH. It's like LexTinny with higher magic instead of defense and Ambush. :)

Yuria: The silence staff has her name on it.

Diadora: lolz. At least she can heal/Aura things.

6 turns from Chalphy to Jungby

9 turns from Jungby to Evans, Verdane

Chalphy to Jungby

Arden hangs around Chalpy, attacking everything that comes in range.

Sigurd runs like hell to Jungby and dodges everything for once.

Fin comes in on turn 3 and hangs out with Trash Can.

Sigurd owns that bandit guy in the face.

Seize.

Jungby to Evans

Oh look, Midir. He hangs out in a forest near Jungby, and the fighters are dumb enough to attack him at ragne. He gets hit nonce.

Alvis shows up and owns the north bandits.

Sigurd gets the sword of manliness from Alvis.

Fin and Arden don't do much except kill 3 fighters. Fin get's 2 near perfect level ups.

Midir gets a +0.

Sigurd gets blocked by a hunter.

Sigurd owns another bandit guy, this time with a manlier sword.

Seize.

EDIT: In chapter 1, Sigurds manliness keeps killing Ayra.

Twice. And it's been a great pairing insofar as I need either the Leg Ring for Tiltyu or to rein in Lex some to make it work.

Well, it was that or get Tiltyu, and after seeing Cam's history...

Be realistic, the only viable pairings for a 3rd pick Tiltyu are Lex and Azel. Azel is underwhelming and Lex has been done to death.

My teams:

Sigurd - well, it's Sigurd.

Noish - of the remaining units when I picked him, Critical lets him kill at least sometimes.

Lex - okay, I really wanted to do Lex/Brigid. And Patty without Elite is hell to level.

Diadora - I expect she'll be a good enough healer/staffbot for a while. Or something. And Aura does enough damage to hurt, on occasion.

Holyn - er, he doesn't die? And deals reasonable damage?

Fury - I wanted a flyer in both generations (long range mages DIE), and it doesn't hurt that she comes with Sety. Needs the Hero lance though.

Brigid - the Ichival is several different kinds of awesome, particularly against bosses.

Claude - staffbot! (so's Fury, actually. But Claude can use high level staves.)

Not too bad, by way of join times. And I've got a couple of decent fighters too, not counting Brigid and her player phase attack. Getting the Ichival to her will probably waste a whole lot of turns, but at least I can work the Wind sword into that. I think. Pairing Fury will be another headache and a half.

Celice - always a powerhouse

Dimna - I figure Dimna is similar to a bad Lester, or at least a not-good one. Could do worse, like Claude's Lester...at least this one has Pursuit.

Oifaye - see above...although he might be better than the subs

Tristan - has Critical and an existent HP growth. He'll do well at chipping, if nothing else.

Yuria - actually very good use. Until C10.

Fee who uses Libro - exactly what it says, and dark mages hit res and she's going to have quite a lot of that.

Patty with Elite - can get money where it's needed, and high defense and Ambush and Elite. She'll probably be very, very good.

Janne - mounted healer. Fee's always off doing something else, see.

Laylea - a dancer. Charisma doesn't matter so much, she's not in the frontlines, but it's good when it comes to bosses.

Faval by Lex - Ichival! Seriously, he can even beat Julius.

Sety with Valkyrie - and the other A staves. Plus, he's Sety. That is all.

Hannibal - the failure

Let's see. I can inherit through Celice, Leaf, Fee, Patty. The others are specialised and come late anyway. I need to pass a good sword to Tristan (he'll benefit greatly from one or another Hero sword) and another to Janne, but Dimna's doomed as always. I'll also have to make sure Lex gets the Thunder sword in C3. Enough people to start the game, in C6, and some relatively good units until the endgame. I'll survive.

To be honest, there's really nothing wrong with LexTiltyu. And AzelTiltyu isn't that bad either, both kids get pursuit. Not to mention overkill MAG growths.
