Combined with the lack of release with the last game and the fact that this one was announced at TGS (along with Monster Hunter and other obvious No Export For You titles), I think it's safe to assume that there's no longer an overseas market for FE. Perhaps the blue and black guys are our mercs and that guy is a myrm.
