EDIT: Killing Lundgren is going to be impossible. Chapter 10 (11/80) AKA The legendary battle of Wallace and Lundgren. My original plan was to have Wallace get his Axe rank up to D so that he could use the Hammer on Lundren. Florina ferries Wallace and Lyn across the mountains, and they head toward Lundy. Wallace eventually engages in combat with him, laughing at him (he beats Lundy in every stat except HP and Res) After a few intense rounds of combat, Wallace dispatches him with an iron axe slam. After killing Lundy, he was one axe use away from D axes. Sweet. Lyn seizes, everyone rejoices. Florina was invaluable, shockingly enough, getting the energy ring (which Lyn swallowed) as well as a hammer for Wallace. On to Eli's tale! Basically, Eliwood killed who he could, before Marcus picked him up and carried him to the boss. Lowen cleaned up who he could, him being offensively challenged and all. Chapter 12 (5/90) Commence Marcus raep part 2. Ferrying Eliwood further out, he kills anything and everything that stands in his way, including all enemies by the boss. Had Hector wall the Rienfleche room, with Eliwood nearby to help absorb damage (thanks to B support). Athos ran north. Managed to kill Ursula with Lyn and Louise on Longbow, and Rath on Silver Bow. After that, Rath ran to Uhai, and pecked once with a Longbow, to put him in Tomahawk kill range. Ran Hector to Rex Hasta, and giggled. Let the brothers come out, then used everyone but Pent, Guy, and Hector to kill them. Pent warped Hector to take out the Berserk jerk, while Guy ran forward. After that, it was a matter of clean-up, feeding Hector a Speedwings and Body Ring. Hector hit 18 Speed, which meant that a Speedwings and a Body Ring would lead to. . . Part 2: Hector attacks twice with Armads, Athos uses Fortify, Pent Warps Nils to Hector so Hector can go again, then Eliwood finished with Durandal. I win. The only important stat is that Hector has 20 Speed, thanks to Speedwings. Team Thoughts Lyn - Early Strength blessing and the Angelic Robe meant that she was very much usable all the way to the end. Kinda Speed-screwed, though. Nils - Is Nils. Made good bait. Rath - Nils and Rath on Lyn Mode = massive turn savings. Rath remembered what "kickass" meant, and gained enough to stay that way. Eliwood - Bleh. He was supposed to be my dragon killer, but his stats were too mediocre to do it. Hector - MVP #1 for gaining enough Speed to double the dragon. Was solid all the way through. Marcus - Honorable mention for being awesome. Guy - Once he remembered how to gain Strength, he was good. Once he got some Killing Edges, he was unstoppable. Fiora - MVP #2, for being insanely blessed. Her Strength made it possible for her to solo things, and once she got the Delphi Shield, EVERYTHING died. As if that wasn't enough, she found the Body Ring. Pent - Is always awesome. This time was no different. Louise - Cooperated surprisingly well. Dodged when she needed to, but relying on her Silver Bow kinda sucked. She could kill squishier things with an Iron Bow, thank goodness. Jaffar - Contributed where he needed to, and kept Lyn alive. His speed/con aren't good enough to double with Steel, and silver/killer aren't common enough to use. And his strength isn't good enough to ORKO with Iron. gg? Hector - tanky mctank tank Lyn - kind of like Eliwood but more frail and could ORKO fast enemies like Mercs/Myrms Dorcas - ORKO'd unpromoted enemies forever, then was kind of meh Sain - MVP MVP MVP Heath - I forgot how much non-HHM Heath sucks Harken - did you see those stats? Hector kills who he can, while Serra provides da healing. Lowen managed to somehow eat a Guy critical and still survive a number of enemy attacks. TANKY MUH FUCKA. Matthew recuits Guy so that Eli can use his Killing Edge and suck less. Marcus finishes off Boies rather easily, Eli seizes. Note: added a turn because I forgot to add a turn on Chapter 3 Chapter 13x (8/105) Eli destroys people with the Killing Edge. This is the first chapter where Serra's services were truly required, as people were taking damage left and right. My first run was going very well until Eli died due to some shitty luck. The second run was much uglier, and I also lost the village. No matter. Lowen gets the boss kill. Matthew destroys the pirates with no real threat of dying. Hector obliterates loldiers, then proceeds to use up most of his Wolf Beil killing cavs and stuff. Lowen kills who he can, before taking out the knight by Prissy's village (ORKO with the steel lance :O ) and doing some quality shopping. Erk is an absolute animal. Chapter 15 (9/123) Everyone was pretty important, especially Florina and Erk. Erk kills absolutely everyone, it's pretty hilarious. He also gets the boss kill. Motha fuckin' beast. Lowen decides to instead hurt himself, with Darin hitting him back as well. Lyn then steps up and Mani Katti crits Darin, allowing Eli to seize. Eventually though, my plan of sending Hawkeye to get da kill with the swordreaver. Chapter 24 (12/198) My baby girl Lyndis promotes <3 Florina grabs a sword and harasses the shit out of all enemy bandits, then continues on to go shopping and spend most of my money on killers. Everyone got incredible level ups, including a perfect one from Hector :O Wallace laughs at Wyverns, because they can't do shit to him. Matthew is almost done growing, and he's been pretty disappointing so far. Merh. Only thing worth noting is that Serra made her first actual contribution to this run by rescuing Zephy from certain death with the rescue staff. She has 3 fucking Magic. Hector promotes at 19 after the chapter, and receives the speedwings. And I give him boots too for good fucking measure. Wallace, Matthew, Eliwood, and Lowen stay back and wait for the Wyverns, since their usefulness is rather limited. Hawkeye chased a nomad that attempted to run away, accidentally activating the reinforcements that appear in the north, but that really didn't cause me any trouble. Hector is a fucking animal, and obliterated absolutely everything in his way, while Erk and Lyn followed behind him through the center of the map. Florina solos the west, skirting the reinforcement zone, and murdering all with Javs and a Killer Lance (thank you Delphi Shield.) Hawkeye and Florina team up to kill Linus, with Florina finishing him off on turn 13 enemy phase. Eliwood promotes into A MONSTER after the chapter. Hawkeye is the MVP, easily, he rapes everything with his 1-2 range. He also got 2 level ups, that totaled one HP. Thanks a bunch, big man. Wallace and Lowen both suck hard. So does Eliwood. Chapter 29x (6/260) Let's go shopping <3 Serra finally promotes at level 15, and Eliwood fights the most pussy paladin ever in the arena. Chapter 30 (10/270) Pretty easy. Lyn gains like 4 points of strength, Florina flies Eliwood to the boss area, Hector ORKOs Limstella with a double crit. It was glorious. Thanks killer axe <3 Everyone else just kinda poops their pants and doesn't do anything. Oh, Merlinus dodge tanked like a baws. Florina solos Branden's room, Hector solos Darin's room. Athos with Eclipse is incredibly useful. Florina kills off Jerme and Ursula (assist to Athos and eclipse there.) Athos wacks Lloyd once with Luna, and Lloyd kills himself against Hector and his swordreaver. Hector then critkills Linus. Nergal is 2 rounded by Athos with Luna. Final Part 2 (2/280) Athos eclipses the dragon on turn 1, and Hector doubles it on enemy phase. Gave him a shit load of stat boosters in an attempt to salvage him. Not possible, apparently. At least he was able to swing the silver sword with semi-reasonable results. Admittedly, he wasn't as shitty as he could've been. But he was no Ike. Lyn Lord* 20/11 18 40 21* 27 26 23 10 18 Lyn decided to fuck me early on by not proccing strength. Then, as if to laugh at me, she began to grow strength at a ridiculous rate toward the end of the run. Was actually very useful with her bows, allowed me to feed kills to people by chipping. Thanks for that, at least. Hector Lord* 19/14 26 52 27 22 23* 17 25 16 Hell. Fucking. Yes. Though he grew pretty slowly at first, towards promotion he began to kill everything (especially wyverns and any unit weak to the Wolf Beil.) After promotion? Oh dear. As you can see from his statline, nobody could touch him, and nobody could survive him. Yes, that doesn't make sense, and I don't care. MVP of the last few chapters. Boots helped. Lowen Pally 14/5 84 38 12 12 14 11 14 4 Sigh, Lowen... Lowen was good in the beginning of the game, and helped Marcus kill shit. His usefulness peaked when he was promoted at Dragon's Gate, and then he pretty much didn't contribute shit after that. Look at his fucking Defense. Seriously? You have one niche to fill, Lowen, and you couldn't even do that. UGH. Thanks for the earlygame contributions. Serra Bishop 15/1 68 25 6 12 13 14 6 18 Look at her Magic. Wat. Matthew Thief 20 -- 31 7 11 20 13 8 5 Actually saved me quite a few turns with his free thieving. His combat was, of course, nothing special. But he isn't a combat unit, so what da fuck. Erk Sage 16/7 80 38 14 14 17 8 9 18 Basically the same story as Lowen, except since he's a Sage his usefulness lasted a bit longer due to hitting Resistance and using staves. Raped things early game (especially Lyn mode) and then kinda just existed for the rest of the game. Florina Falky 15/17 40 50** 20 19 28 23 8 16 Easily the MVP. Not much to say, being able to fly and being able to kill things effectively was awesome. Love you tons, Florina, that's why you got both Angelic Robes <3 Hawkeye Zerker --/12 88 53 22 16 12 16 16 14 Hawkeye is awesome, and I was able to just toss him into groups of enemies with a hand axe and giggle as he kills them all. Hawkeye is a boss. Wallace General --/6 49 37 18 11 9 11 19 8 Wall-ass. You're a silly man. His prime contribution was killing Lundgren, which was actually incredibly important because my Strength-screwed Lyn wouldn't have been able to kill him without a lot of luck. In Eliwood mode.... well, I gave him the Brave Lance because I wanted him to kill things he couldn't double of OHKO (which, surprisingly enough, was a lot of enemies!) I love Wallace though.
