Fire Emblem 1 on its own isn't, to my knowledge, available on the Japanese Virtual Console, but 3 and 4 are (with 5 coming this month). Second, even if I could, why waste money when I can get it for free on my PC? I have most of the games that are available on the VC (on my PC) anyway.
