I'm checking it out right now, to see if there are any conflicts. I'll re-roll if I crash into any, if that works.

Also, what you you guys say using the last, unused number for Jeigan?

Hate to bring it up at this late stage, but there's no Pirate/Berserker on the class B list...

I'm surprised nobody else noticed this...

It could just take slot 6, and you could just ignore the notes saying "use insert number here if class B"

I'll post thoughts on my team, assuming I don't need to change anything. . .

Cain: You're always getting shafted in these tournaments whenever I choose you. Sorry!

Cord: Durable Sorcerer? UHHHH. . .

Wolf: He's going Hero, if I have anything to say about it. Will be sweet, the minute he can wield Hand Axes.

Wendell: Looks like he'll do fine in either class.

Jake: LOL

Matthis: Cain's evil twin. The staff rank should help him greatly.

Tomas: If I can get him to a decent Sword level, he might not be terrible. . .

Horace: Hero FTW.

Etzel: Hooray for 100% HP growth.

Elice: She's promoting immediately.

Jagen: Hello Armorslayer~!

If it's based on order of classes in the reclass screen, pirate should slip in at 5, with dark mage to 6. Then again, I'm horribly biased. :dry:

Not sure which number to use for prepromotes, so I put both for now.

Marth Lord,

Jeigan Sage or Paladin or Sniper,

Julian Thief,

Merric Cavalier/Sniper,

Gordin Mage/Bishop,

Darros Dark Mage/Hero,

Roshea Cavalier/Bishop,

Tiki Manakete,

Midia Sage or Swordmaster,

Ymir Horsmen or Warrior or Hero,

Astram Warrior or Hero Sorcerer or Horseman,

Macellan Dark Mage/Horsmen Hunter/Warrior

Quite good actually. Darros is the only real stinker, Macellan I don't care about Three of my picks land a 4/3, one of the best combos on a class B unit, and for those picks I chose Tiki, Midia, and Macellan. :facepalm:

For all those who didn't already, I have edited all reclasses into my post as well. Make sure to double check!

Better wait for PKL to clarify which number the prepremote takes. If it were me, I would allow a choice, since prepremotes are generally kinda weak.

I see a distinct lack of facepalm by the following:

Blues:

4 -> 5 Mage --> Bishop Radd

5 -> 3 Dark Mage --> Warrior Caesar

PKL:

5 -> 3 Dark Mage --> Warrior Ogma

3 -> 4 Myrmidon --> Sage Hardin

4 -> 1 Mage --> Paladin Palla

1 -> 6 Pegasus --> Paladin Lena

4 -> 2 Mage --> Sniper WRYSSS

Oh, I forgot to mention, Serenes Forest wouldn't let me put any more facepalms in my post, so the last two got shafted, haha. Stupid forum not letting me spam emoticons in spoiler tags.

-> 4 Knight --> Horseman Barst : NOO! I don't get a good weapon rank. >.< And to top it, he has a horrible str growth. >.< At least he's durable.

2 -> 3 Warrior/Hero Sedgar: Sedgar's awesome either ways, But I'd really like to have a Hero Sedgar for that higher spd cap.

1 -> 3 Cavalier --> Swordmaster Navarre: He's gonna rcok, probably my best character.

4 -> 5 Mage --> Bishop Radd : I had this gut feeling either Navarre or Radd would end up as a magic user. Well, he's not too shabby.

5 -> 3 Dark Mage --> Warrior Caeser: OMG. Probably one of the curses here. >.< If he gets resistance, coolio, and his str and HP growth after promotion cover his bad HP and no str growths as a DM.

5 -> 6 Beck: Hah. Reclass proof.

2 -> 6 Xane: Hah. My second Navarre. :P

4 -> 3 Bishop/Swordmaster Arran: Hopefully Swordmaster Arran, though Bishop's not bad either due to staff rank.

2 -> 5 Archer --> Bishop Est : Eh, Est. Watever.

2 -> 5 Sorceror/Hero Samson: I'm gonna choose Arran over Samson anyways.

5 -> 2 Sniper/Bishop Jeigan*: Sniper Jeigan would rock, but Bishops not terrible either. Lol its Jeigan anyways.

I'd say PKL's team is the most screwed up.

Ok, so stats and paragraph time:

Chapter 1: 13 turns

I didn't need to sacrfice anyone, thank god Jagen didn't iss both hits this time. I cant tell how many times I've retried this.

Chapter 2: 18 turns

While it was significantly easier this chapter, I was low on health and forts and that's why I took longer. Once again, save circle was important. If jeigan misses, I have to retry. And well he did, but hey, after two more tries, I did it! Oh, and Darros and Castor died. Poor souls.

Total turns taken: 31

Name Class Lv hp Str Mag skl spd luck def res
Marth lord 4 20 6 0 4 8 9 8 0
Barst fighter 5 26 10 0 7 11 6 6 0
Jagen paladin 4 22 0 1 11 9 1 9 6

So howcome notepad tabbing doesn't work?

Chapter 3: Done in 16 turns/ 47 turns.

Now things start to change. With Navarre in my league, i started giving him some levels. I wouldve finished it a couple of turns early, but I wanted Navarre to get some kills. Jagen gets the boss kill, sadly.

Reclassing done, and suddenly Navarre looks durable, albeit slower. Barst reclassed to knight... is fine, but annoying. I wonder what I'm gonna reclass Jeigan into this chapter.

Horace- Dont count the numbers when a unit like Julian is there. At least, thats what I did. And I definetely dont want to have to restart the next time I get a DS because I didnt make Lena a PK but a mage and wrys a cavalier.

About the prepromotes thing, It was supposed to be only the first number. Also, Jagen is free to reclass to whatever he wants. So basically, hes not affected by this :p. At least that way, everyone gets a somewhat dependable unit. Also, I hate my luck :facepalm: . How many myrmidons do I have? lol. At least Athena comes ready to use an armorslayer forge, which I will be taking advantage of...If she even gets to bosses. That bad team durability with no healer is going to be a problem. -_-

We're allowed to forge steel weapons, right? Cause I wanna forge one for chapter 5.

Chapter 4:

Forged an iron lance for Barst, called Barst Lanc( stupid character limit.) It has +3 MT, +10 Hit and +9 crit.

So, how was this chapter? Fun and easy, of course! Thoguh I'm low on recovery weapons, I have a tank in Barst, who just rushes through his opponents, killing everyone. navarre has fun with the killing edge, which has about 5 uses left, so that's why I wanna forge a steel weapon now. Jeigan is reclassed to Drcoknight for more firepower, and I recruit Merric sothat I can use excalibur, if Radd ever reaches that weapon rank. Barst attracts the horsmen with ease and they both get killed quickly. Barts, with Marth's help, finishes off the boss, and I happily seize the castle on turn 15. :D

Total turns taken- 62. o.O

Now, Chapter 5: 25 turns. >.<

The problem here was the fact that I'm so low on units, and Navarre and Marth both when down to critical HP pretty fast, I had to use meatshields. Barst powered through the lot later on, and Jagen, Roshe and Sedgar blocked 3 forts, allowing only 1 reinforcement each turn. The boss wazs tough to deal with since I dont have any unit with good hpby this point, except Jagen, who soon goes down to bad HP anyways. Barst gets the kill finally after he levels up to gain defence. Marth seizes.

Chapter 6: 16 turns/103 turns

Everything went well by using the meatshields, until we reached the boss. Then I wasn't able to do cool damage. Navarre went down to bad health easily >.< Then I had to abuse the save until something lucky happened, since otherwise anything else I tried, my units would die. >.< Finally I decided to trade Jagen(DK) a javelin, and luckily he critical'd. Marth gets the kill and then seizes.

Barst is going awesome, xD

Chapter 6x: training chapter. not hard at all. I think everyone can double now.

Ok, so I messed up one chapter and then did awesome in another.

Chapter 7: 26 turns. :O

No I shouldve probably finished by 20, but guys started missing, even sedgar with hammer wasn't enough. My team is coming out nicely, barst should be promoted soon.

Chapter 8: 7 turns

This was easy. Gave Caesar wo mooch kills. Barst stays behind while all the others race towards the boss. Reinforcements start showing up, but hey', they don't get to attack Barst and Caesar in time, and Hammer Sedgar kills with the help of Navarre with an armourslayer.

Total turns taken- 136.

Chapter 2 7+4/24

Trying to finish the chapter quickly, before the cavs do too much damage (I can't reliably kill them without burning Silver Lance). I needed gratuitous use of Barst, and Bord, Cord and Castor all bit the dust, but I pulled it off. (It may have been easier to just turtle my way through in 11 turns, but it's done now.)

Chapter 3 10/34

The usual strategy, go west, distract eastern squad, rush the boss. Jeigan, Marth, Darros and Gordin make a somewhat balanced team. The boss gave a me a bit of a shock, but luckily Devil Axe made quick work on him. I'm going to miss you, Pirate Darros.

Chapter 4 11/45

See Chapter 3 strategy. Draug gave his life so I could save after the cavs had been dealt with, and got everyone important past the bridge. Merric killed the boss, I'll miss Excalibur. Expecting a lot of penalties from using Wendell :dry: Now, the fun part, trimming the fat. Ogma and Abel were left behind to occupy the fighters, Matthis was sacrified so a more valuable unit wouldn't be targeted. Did get quite a bit of progress towards weapon ranks.

Chapter 9- 17 turns

I tried to use Radd, but his bases SUCK! 2 speed and 0 skill? WTF?? Caesar's been fine though, I guess he'll turn out average, but meh. Barst powers through as usual, but this time Marth and Navarre do more of the fighting! xD Jeigan is reclassed to swordmaster. He tries to save Jeorge's village for the heck of it, but ends up killing foes there.

Chapter 10- 10 turns

Well, this was easy enough. Thank goodness I had Ceasar with 3 vulnerary uses. I started using meatshield inside the fort and made sure Navarre and Caesar got a few kills in while Barst, Marth and Sedgar move north towrds the boss. Jeigan kills the hero with the master seal and I would've done this in 9 turns if I had'nt forgotten to let Sedgar have a hammer. >.<

Also I promoted Barst for the next chapter. I'll post stats once I complete it.

Chapter 11: 9 turns

This chapter went real fast. Horseman Barst is now awesome thanks to movement bonus. Insta steel bow is helpful, but he's stuck to iron sword for a while. Hopefully he gets SOME STR!! That awful strength growth is horrible!

Jeigan is Paladin this time, he was for last chapter too. He takes out some mercenaries.

Chapter 12- 7 turns

Rushed in with my horse units and Sedgar gave backup. Once again Caesar misses dying because of well positioning of meatshields and a timely seize. Got both the master seals.

Chapter 12x- EXP chapter. I brought navarre to lvl 18 and 70 exp with the boss kill, and since I was way before 20 turns, I decided to send him south and kill the mage and cavalier. Poor Horace, sniff.

Chapter 13- 8 turns

What an easy chapter. With the help of meatshields, I power my way through the ballistae. Ok, so beck costed me a turn, but hey, that's ok, this still ended up as a great turncount. Sedgar charged alone through the south, Navarre, now a swormaster, ripped through the north with Jeigan there dangling around. Caesar was promoted at lvl ten- I couldn't help but get frustrated at his lack of movement and exp gain. He got bombarded by most of the ballistae attacks... ugh. >.< Once Beck was recruited, it was the final push, with Beck sniping down the ballistae in the middle, Barst striking down astram, and then Barst and Navarre take down the remaining ballistae. Jeigan gets a good level up, Caesar still didn't gain a lot of exp and I seize in few turns.

I didn't use radd since its impossible to train him.

Stats:

Name Class Lv hp Str Mag skl spd luck def res
Marth lord   13 28 11 0 07 12 17 08 0
Barst horseman  17/1 26 10 0 07 11 06 06 0
Jagen Swordmaster  10 25 07 1 18 17 03 10 3
Navarre swordmaster  19/1 37 14 1 18 22 17 11 3
Caesar Warrior   10/1 31 08 1 03 12 07 07 3
sedgar warrior   08 40 14 0 09 13 04 10 0

Total turns taken: 187

Chapter 14: 8 turns taken.

Well, I charged with Navarre, Barst and Jeigan. Barst decided to stick behind to kill all the archers. He's turning out to be a beast. Navarre's already a beast, but he has one less move than barst. Jeigan's pretty good as a paladin this chapter. Caesar was a drag to use, but early promoting him was so that he could get trained, and looks like its paying off. He's nicely getting str, speed and HP. Marth, as usual, has little time to fight anything, unfortnately. Jiol went down easily to sedgar with a hammer. Didn't waste time going after chests. Beck got a few kills too.

Chapter 15: 7 turns.

So, it looks like my turn counts have finally picked up midgame. Marth races towards the castle with help from Caesar, Navarre, Barst and Sedgar. DK!Jeigan goes after the chests with two remaining uses of the master key. Caesar gets another good level up. Gharnef can't do anything because he's blocked by meatshields, haha. Barst got a bad lvl up, but its ok, its barst here. Sedgar is near a lvl up himself, awesome. Navarre guards marth finally to crit kill the boss.

Chapter 16: Yeah, this cuts my 8/7 turners. I took 18 turns. >.<

I could have done this easily if Ihad two master keys. I wouldve totally forgotten about Samson and Arran, but eh. I chose samson since Arran costs an extra turn and I realized my Jeigan was better than Arran. :O So Samson it is.

Then I took turns recruiting xane. Dammit, I shouldve saved that master key. I mean, cant the hero at least have a door key? >.<

Recruiting Xane helped as Sedgar and Caesar were far away to do damage to the boss. Xane added more power when those pesky reinforcements showed up near the boss( Barst and navarre ALMOST died) Vulneraries are used up and Jeigan flies all the way over for more firepower. In the end, after a long treck, marth seizes, with all units killed.

Chapter 17: 6 turns

As I said before, I couldve probably 2-3 turned this with a master key. Goddammit, maybe those chests were'nt important. :| I had to wait until I got the door key from the thief.

Chaper 5 7+4 / 56

Ooh, a silver lance. Forged an iron sword for Merric with +3 might, called it ICBINaSS.

Rapier and Jagen with Silver can't do enough to the boss in any reasonable timeframe, so Wendell was called upon. Biraku and Cain got me within range of the gaiden

Chapter 6 10+4 / 70

Armor knights have high defense. Wendell to the rescue! Snagged every chest except Killing Edge (I learnt my lesson from the FE3 draft) and Ricardo learnt an important lesson: Don't get caught unless you're in my top 15.

Chapter 6x 16 / 70

Sword rank for Merric. He must get to C by Chapter 9.

Chapter 7 11 / 81

For once, Wendell was not needed, as I finally forged a Rapier. Reinforcements are blagh, because at one point they stop coming and I think they're all gone and stop blocking the forts and then they arrive again :(

Chapter 1 - 21/21

No, that's not a typo. I took as long as I did because everyone got godly levels, and I didn't want to lose them.

Now, where was I? Oh, right, pulling atrocious early turns.

Chapter 2 - 22/43

My team was far squishier than it should've been. I had to bait that one pirate up north, the two pirates to the east, the two cavaliers, Castor and his buddy, two more pirates, and then the rest, in that order. Otherwise, someone died. Usually Cord. Sometimes Cain.

Managed to win because the boss couldn't 2HKO Cain.

Name Class Level HP Str Mag Skl Spd Lck Def Res
Marth     Lord       4.10  20   7    0    5    8    9    8    0

Cord      Fighter    3.50  20   8    0    5    9    5    5    0

Chapter 3 - 17/60

Yet another turtlefest, but this one was for two specific reasons:

1. Marth needed to hit C Swords so he could wield the Killing Edge.

2. Cord needed to hit D Axes so he could wield the Devil Axe.

Due to Strength procs and some insane luck, Marth critblicked the boss on his turn, making Cord redundant.

Time to reclass.

Name Class Level HP Str Mag Skl Spd Lck Def Res
Marth     Lord       6.94  22   9    0    6    9   11    9    0

Cord      Fighter    5.36  21   9    0    7    9    6    5    0

Chapter 4 - 13/73

Reclass. WHEE. Sorry Cain. Forged a +3 MT +15 HIT spear for Cord named Conflict.

Matthis decided that being useless was dumb, so he went and killed stuff. Jagen was his usual self, Cain did pretty well, and Cord was used to protect my rear. Marth did surprisingly well.

I spent an extra turn here because Marth missed the boss.

Name Class Level HP Str Mag Skl Spd Lck Def Res
Marth     Lord       7.60  23   9    0    7   10   11    9    0

Jagen     Paladin    4.54  24   7    1   12    9    2   11    6
Cord      Knight     7.08  21  10    0    9    3    8   13    0
Matthis   Cavalier   4.17  21   5    0    3    7    2    7    0

Chapter 5 - 6/79

This chapter goes by way faster if you've got a mage, a +3 forged Fire, and a Marth that's sorta cooperating. Marth was able to double the archers, which sped things up considerably.

Now I have to kill a ton of units. Here goes~!

Name Class Level HP Str Mag Skl Spd Lck Def Res
Marth     Lord       8.27  24   9    0    8   11   12    9    0
