I've felt that quite a lot, and it sucks. Even a "we'll keep you on file" or "we're not hiring right now" I'd appreciate over hearing nothing. On a side note ZM or anyone who plans to donate blood, be sure to drink plenty of fluids even the day before a blood donation. Otherwise, they'll have trouble finding the vein, and you'll get a lot more needle pokes than you'd want. And trust me, one needle is painful enough.
