I actually can't think of a single loss I've had on either PS or the BS due to hydro pump missing, and I always use Rotom-W The best thing about rotom-w is the huge amount of resistances, lack of weakness, the bulk, volt swift and WoW, hydro pump is just there to handle some things. Conceded on Rotom-W's lack of weaknesses (just what, Grass and Ground, the latter with Mold Breaker?). However, IMO, a miss with Hydro Pump or whatever can cost you a lot of momentum, if not the game.
