I kinda think the same way about FE4 - the fanbase (or at least, the way its fanbase was in the past) ruined it for me. Enjoy your Warrior Inigo with bowfaire, axfaire, rightful king, luna, and galeforce. Honestly, I don't really like Chrom/Olivia for multiple reasons - mainly inconvenience (needing to gimp Chrom for the whole of the Plegia arc of the game is a dealbreaker, given his male supports, avatar excluded, are rather lackluster. It doesn't help that Olivia cripples Lucina's bases. Or that, relative to Aether, Rightful King is a derp skill.). I actually liked part 4 because there were no more braindead ally units to get in the way and stop my army from ravaging the enemies. About all they're good for is bait. The most useful NPCs I can think of are those two snipers in 3-12 that stop enemies from getting up on the ledges on the left side of the map. At least the Physic Priests were helpful as they've healed one of my units whenever one of them got badly hurt. Except for the times where they are so stupid as to get too close to the fray despite having Physic staves and winding up dead come Enemy Phase.
