You're right, it's really just SF popularity contest. But I like answering questions, (enjoyed that other forum game while it lasted), and I feel like an interview could be enjoyable for me for more than that. The "Ask the Person Above You" thing died? ...To be fair, the problem there was keeping track of who you asked what already lol. I wouldn't have minded an interview myself. PMs, other threads, other forums, video games interactions, what have you. It's just that skype is the most convenient/most talked about.
