I liked dancers. I always brought them with me. Sometimes it would make things slightly difficult, as I would have to change my strategy for them to survive, but once they were a higher level they were rarely ever hit. But that's just me. The real selling point for me the movement. Rafiel can't fly, and Leanne can only move 6 spaces, transformed or not. But yeah, Leanne sucks. I really don't care for her personality, either.
