ZephyrD
Isn't it a bit early for a petition? From what I remember, Shadow Dragon was announced at least one month after it's release in Japan. We haven't even reached two weeks here. Considering e3 is only 5 weeks away, it's much too early for any kind of petition. No point in freaking out until after e3. Furthermore, petitions never work, even if you can get enough signatures.
Wooster
Petitions don't work for quite a few reasons: They're started after a decision has been made. Petitioners don't think about leverage. (Read if you don't meet our demands we'll do bad things) Petitioners aren't organized But I wouldn't say they don't work on the long scale. Thanks to Starmen.net, I'm sure that whenever there's a Mother 4 it will come Westward. And I have no idea what's come out of the Megaman Legends 3 mess, but I'm sure Capcom learned some sort of a lesson. Do your petition make noise, but be good sports and don't expect the fruits to show this product cycle.
Celice
http://mother4.andonuts.net/ Mother 4 will be out in the west first, at this rate :p Also, one of Capcom's composers said that if enough people support her newest release, she'll get that promised demo of Megaman Legends 3 out to the public. Let that mellow however it does in your gut.
