I love these games all so much I find it hard to put them in any order (and there's six of them ):

Pokemon Fire Red, Fire Emblem Blazing Sword, Pokemon Emerald, Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga, Sonic Advance 2, Advanced Wars 2 Black Hole Rising

Okay...here's a seventh, because I'm indecisive:

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team (even though I prefer Blue because the amazing soundtrack is in better quality)

Rhythm Tengoku was probably my most favorite game ever on the GBA. The Fire Emblems of course come in close for gameplay, as do the Final Fantasy ports, but Rhythm Tengoku was just the zaniest sort of awesome that everyone would crowd around.
