Ike, Titania, Reyson, and one of Tibarn, Naesala or Giffca are free for all to use. 3. The game will be played on Hard Mode. The choice of Fixed or Random is up to the player's discretion. 4. Ena and Nasir are drafted as a pair. 5. The final unit drafted will be shared between the last two players. Rules: 1. Undrafted units may recruit characters, Rescue and Shove/Smite undrafted characters and NPCs, trade, Escape, and dig up items in the desert. 2. Undrafted units may not do anything not listed above, including but not limited to meatshielding, building Supports, opening Doors and Chests, and Arriving. 3. There are limits to how much BEXP may be used, and this is explained in detail below. 4. Partner and Other units may do as they please without penalty. 5. Defend chapters count the last played Player Phase for turns if the timer is waited out. 6. Marcia and Jill may not be given the Ch.10 or Ch.11 Master Seal. Penalties: 1. Undrafted units have a 4 turn penalty, per unit per chapter (Chapter 17 counts as 4 chapters). Exceptions: 1. Reyson and Janaff/Ulki may be used to obtain the Knight Ring if undrafted. They may not perform any other disallowed actions without penalty. 2. Shinon and Gatrie may be used to meatshield in Ch.7 3. If you have drafted Astrid and/or Gatrie, Mordecai is free to Smite Ike on turn 1 of Ch.13 BEXP Limits: 1. Use the table below to determine how much BEXP you're allowed to give your units when you're first able to give them BEXP. Characters are listed as either a level (such as 10/--) or an amount (such as 2.xx). You may use BEXP to get them to the level shown or give them the amount shown (Example: 2.xx would mean you're allowed to cap off their current level, then give them 2 more levels). 2. At the beginning of each chapter, you may give your units 50 EXP worth of BEXP to each of your promoted units, and 100 BEXP to each of your unpromoted units. Laguz count as promoted units. 3. Once you reach Endgame, you may distribute BEXP freely to whomever you wish. If you kill the myrmidon vulnerary by being in his range in Turn 2 and finishing him off in Turn 3, most of the other enemies get killed in EP. Titania kills one of the runners and ike is left with only one enemy that likes running off. I will give her a bunch of resources when she joins and make her Marcia wanna-be. Mordecai: smites Titania in earlygame for faster clears, then smites Astrid, then smites Tanith later. Ilyana: needed someone for earlygame, desert and sieging later. Her spd might bite though, as usual. Astrid: mount. Will use in tandem with Titania to get faster clears. Also, AXES. Rhys: heals Ike so he can train a bit more in preparation for chapter 7. Then hes rescue staffbot afterwards. Might have a niche in shoving too. Sothe: so I dont have to get chest keys in ch10 cuz im lazy. Rolf: So I can have someone open Kieran's door. Lucia: lategame. Mostly drafted her for chapter 25. Silver dildos ftw. Prologue 4/4 lol Chapter 1 3/7 Steel Sword get Canto. Ike attacks. Kills in EP. Ike moves up turn 2. Robe get and canto. Kill boss with Tits, trade Robe and seize. Chapter 2 4/11 Ike goes up and eats robe. Turn 2 he goes down and counters myrm in EP. Turn 3 myrm is dead. Titania kills one of the guys that run if low on HP and canto'd. Turn 4, Ike kills one runner and Titania goes up with Steel Axe. In EP, the rest of the stuff dies. I had Rhys stay back and Boyd got rescued by Oscar. Chapter 3 3/14 Titania gets Hand Axe. Kills boss. Gatrie rescued Shinon then dropped him in the right in Turn 2 out of range. Ike battled stuff and then got Elixir. Chapter 4 2/16 Found a way to 2 turn without wasting Hand Axe uses woot. Iron Axe boss with Titania and have her stay in a thicket. Boss goes for the thicket to heal and also targets Titania from 1 range. GG Chapter 5 6/22 Defend. Rhys stood on the defend tile healing Ike, who stood in front of him. Titania just killed things and got the bosskill. Chapter 6 5/27 Titania carries Ike down, drops him on an specific tile so he doesnt get gangbanged. Titania counters boss in EP and finishes him off. Ike escapes. Next, Ilyana shoves Rolf. Mordy smites Rolf and Rolf goes up and kills a soldier next to ike so Titania can kill the halberdier and Ike escapes. Rhys was a burden to this strat so I did not deploy him. Ch.2 - 5/12 Ike waits for Tits to arrive, and basically vuln spams to stay alive. Ch.3 - 4/16 Tits ferried Ike to boat, and Marcia needs to stop dying. Ch.4 - 2/18 Titania is amazing Ch.5 - 6/23 Defend mission Ch.6 - 6/29 Go Tits Go! Ch.7 - 7/36 Having a few units in this map helps by a very noticable margin. Ch.8 - 8/44 lol defend Ch.9 - 7/51 Tits cleans house while Ike waits for Marcia, who ferries him to throne. Ch.10 - 6/57 Tits ferries Ike to escape point. Mia and Marcia help out when they can. Ch.11 - 5/62 Tits makes a run for the arrive point. Everyone else just kinda self improves. Ch.12 - 7/69 Nerfed!Marcia can't sweep this map like normal, forcing slower play. That's not too bad though, because you get Jill's Laguzguard that way. Ch.13 - 10/79 No Theives = long route. But that's not a bad idea because... Marcia promoted. Ch.14 - 3/82 Marcia gets Spongebrain. Tits kills boss. Mist torch spams. Mia and Ike kill things. Ch.15 - 2/84 Fly Marcia fly! Ch.16 - 5/89 Tits and Marcia ferry Ike and Tormod to throne room. Ponies team up and kill boss, while Tormod gets Devdan. I kinda felt like I slowed down though so that Marcia could promote in time for the desert. I didn't stealth Ch.10 (which, now that I think about it, was a mistake due to BEXP problems) so that Marcia get some kills. Mordy smites her and later accompanies her to assist her with his support. Ilyana gets the Adept in EP4 and 3HKOs oliver with the thunder forge. Oliver couldnt heal any HP because he did 0 damage :P. With silver sword equipped, she had really good chances of surviving. She didnt even get hit except by the ballistae. Next turn, she KOs ballistaeman and goes left to lure a swordmaster with Silver Lance forge and Laguzguard equipped. Next turn, she equips Javelin forge and kills the Purge bishop. She needed an Adept to KO a dracoknight. Ilyana meanwhile took on the right and sieged shit. Ike took the left and took down the Onager sniper just in time. Rhys had to use Rescue on Reyson after he vigored tanith so he stayed out of range. Laguz Bow rolf was crucial for killing cats and a swordmaster. Mordy's smite also came in handy. As did sothe's shoving. Speaking of Sothe, in order for the strat to work he had to shove ilyana and was exposed to 2 rocks. He died. His sacrifice well worth it. Rhys rescues her and she goes up and drops ike. Turn 2, she uses pure water and stands in 2 range of bertram. He uses spear instead of runesword. Ike goes up. Turn 3, Tanith finishes bertram with Silver Lance forge. Chapter 27-1 3/134 Found a way to 3 turn courtesy of Rhys, Boots Tanith, Mordecai and Ilyana. Got Resolve with Boots Tanith. Chapter 27-2 Free/134 Fled because I didnt wanna risk my 3 turn clear. Chapter 28 3/137 Tanith is vigored and pushed forward. Resolve Wrath ike kills stuff clean. Tanith kills things in the way and Resolve Wrath Ike seizes. Endgame 2/139 Tanith lifts Ike, vigored by Reyson and drops Ike so he can resolve wrath Ashnard. Since I had one of the testing teams, I did need to finish this. 17-1: 3/92 Spear!Marcia flies over forest and kills things. 17-2: 3/95 Go Marcia Go 17-3: 10/105 more training 17-4: 2/107 Get Adept; kill Loliver 18: 6/113 Titania, Makalov and Boots!Marcia charge through with help from Reyson. 19: 2/115 Woah PKL your 1 turn is awesome. Anyways, Marcia flies up and KOs boss. 20: 2/117 Tormod kills Shiharam so that Marcia can arrive. With Reyson support, it's not too bad. Titania gets smite and Makalov gets Rescue. 21: 4/121 Rescue!Mist rescues Marcia who was carrying Ike. Marcia is then vigored by Reyson, after he'd been shoved/smited. Then she goes to down and kills Ena with laguz lance. 22: 1/122 yay Tormod gets boss kill, while Titania gets Bolting. 23: 4/126 Man I love the Rescue Staff. Marcia ferries Ike and beats Petrine due to doubling her with Killer Lance. Ike seizes. Mist repairs Hammerne. 24: 3/129 Mist rescues Marcia carrying Ike. Marcia seizes while Mist repairs Rescue. 25: 3/133 Marcia goes up and kills boss dude. Tormod solos right with seige tomes. Ike went left and killed stuff. 26: 3/136 BraveLance!Marcia goes up with Ike and kills boss. Tormod also helps with some Bolting shenanigans on Bertram. 27: 4/140 Mist rescues Marcia who goes for Resolve. Then she rescues Tormod who weakens boss. Then she repairs Rescue while Titania gets boss kill. 28: 3/143 Marcia ferries Ike over the trees. She goes for the throne while Ike kills stuff with Wrath+Resolve. End: 2/145 Standard 2 turn with Marcia+Ike. So I lost to PKL by 6 turns. With the right team and person in charge of the team, Marcia is totally beatable. The new rules were a blast and I hope to see more people using them. Unit Summary Ike: Spent more time on someone's horse than anywhere else. Titania: <3 So good for the whole game. Saves an insane amount of turns. Gatrie: Ch.7 unit and late game smiter. He has a really good Ch.7 though. Mia: Another ch.7 unit and Reyson shover late game. Mist: One of the three MVPs in this run. I totally don't regret picking her second round. Shes saves somewhere in the ballpark of 10 turns late game due to that rescue staff. Marcia: Saved the most turns this run. Fliers are so good in FE9, but a lot of the lategame is super kind to her. Makalov: Another horse unit. Was kinda hard to recruit with SUPER!Marcia though. Still saved typical horse turns.
