Libra might have a sort-of girly face, but his build is more obviously masculine (which doesn't make it a given that a character's male, but still). I also thought Libra was a chick like the first 4 times I saw him but the description for his character is too obvious. "Often mistaken for a female" REALLY? Terrible description. Lucius, on the other hand, you pretty much outright need to be told he's male to even know. Really, those curves. Men should not have those curves. Compare him side-by-side with Ninian/Fiora, and you'll see a difference. There's not too many men who are standing straight with their feet relatively close together; the closest I could find was Harken. Subtract the hip armor, and I think Lucius' hips are closer to Harken than most of the young women (besides Nino/Rebecca/other little girls). (Voice sounds enough like a dude to me, even if he's not voiced by one.) Lucius? I didn't get into FE7 until I already knew he was male, so no comment. He does look more feminine than Libra, though. The only thing that tripped me up was Libra's name, because his Japanese name (Libera) is the name of a princess in this one manhwa I had been reading. Lucius is Malfoy.
