I brought Caineghis (spelled correctly?) on my first playthrough, since then I've only used Kurthnaga, though.

I don't think Kurth is broken, he needs training to be useful outside of the dragon chapter.

The only Royals I brought to the Endgame were Naesala, Kurth, and Leanne. Other than that I didn't even bring regular Laguz.

I think the most broken laguz is caineghis. At least tibarn and naesala are threatened by bowguns.

For me, Caineghis got owned pretty badly by anything with fire magic. >_>

Even though the chances of hitting weren't that high. Maybe I was just RNG screwed.

Anyway, I brought royals with my first time. But otherwise I don't really bring them unless I want supports. I like using the units I worked hard to level up over laguz royals. XD
